Analysis and Discussion on Protecting Gas Pipeline Transportation Using ZGZS500 Device of Water Sealing of Fire Barriering and Explosion Venting

为指导煤矿水封阻火泄爆装置的正确选型、安装和使用,介绍了ZGZS500型瓦斯管道输送水封阻火泄爆装置的工作原理、主要性能指标、安装使用条件及应用效果等;分析了负压抽采管道及大直径管道条件下水封阻火泄爆装置设计选型及使用维护中存在的问题,并提出了解决方案和措施。应用结果表明:在规范使用和维护的条件下,ZGZS500型水封阻火泄爆装置水位自动监控功能稳定、阻火泄爆性能可靠,能够有效保证煤矿瓦斯抽采利用系统的安全运行。

In order to guide the selection, installation and operation ZGZS500 device of water sealing of fire barrier and explosion venting(Hereinafter referred to as the ZGZS500 device) correctly of coal mine,introduces the ZGZS500 device about key performance indicators, operation condition and application effect etc. And also analyzes ZGZS500 device problems existing in the design selection and maintenance under condition of negative pressure extraction pipeline and large diameter pipeline. The solutions and measures are put forward. Application results show that the water level automatic monitoring function is stable and the performance of fire barriering and explosion venting are reliable under the condition of standard operation and maintenance. So the ZGZS500 device can effectively guarantee the operation of gas extraction system safety in coal mine.
