摘要
针对提升机系统运行环境恶劣、结构复杂、控制繁琐的事实,设计了一套以PLC自动控制技术和上位机监控软件WINCC为核心的矿井提升机监控系统。首先介绍该系统的整体硬件结构设计,其次以STEP7为下位机PLC软件设计平台,并阐述了选择操作方式的操作功能。
For hoist system running conditions, complicated structure, control of tedious fact, design a set of PLC automatic control technology and PC monitoring software WINCC as the core of the Hoist Monitoring System. First introduces the whole hardware structure of the system design, then with STEP7 software design platform for the next bit machine PLC, and expounds the operating function of choosing operation mode.
