摘要 为准确高效地预测煤矿机电设备故障状态及类型,提高检修效率,提出能量算子算法结合尖峰能量及共振解调的故障分析方法,并以矿用水泵为例,对其时域振动信号进行包络、解调得出其频域波形,得出振动信号的峰值能量谱及频谱的特征频率与故障有关,可用于预测煤矿机电设备故障状态及类型,实现预防为主、防修结合的煤矿机电设备健康状态管理方案。 In order to pre-judge the fault state and fault type of coal mine electromechanical equipments exactly and efficiently, proposed a fault analysis method that energy operator combined with peak energy and resonance demodulation, taken mineral pump as an example to demodulate the timedomain vibration signal to the frequency domain wave, the characteristic frequency was found in peak energy spectrum and original fourier spectrum, shown that energy operator method could be used in predicting various fault types of coal mine electromechanical equipments, and realizing the prevention first management scheme for coal mine electromechanical equipments.
