摘要
闸阀是矿井排水系统中的关键元件,控制着管道的关闭和开启。在三维Solidworks建模平台上对闸阀进行了结构设计,并在此基础上利用有限元分析软件ANSYS workbench对闸阀壳体进行了静力学分析,得到应力与应变的最大值均发生在壳体与阀板连接处附近,最后通过现场测试验证了设计的准确性。
The valve is a key components in the mine drainage system, controlling closing and opening of the pipe. The structure design of valve is made based on the 3 d Solidworks modeling platform. And on the basis of this, the statics analysis of gate valve shell is made by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS workbench. Results showed that the maximum stress and strain are occurred near the junction between shell and the valve plate, finally the accuracy of the design is verified by field test.
