摘要
基于液晶的热光效应与长周期光纤光栅的波长选择功能,提出了一种包层外镀液晶薄膜的长周期光纤光栅用于温度传感,因其有防爆、无源、能实现非接触测量等优点,可用于煤矿井下乳化液温度监测。首次在长周期光纤光栅测温应用中选用四层结构模型,Matlab仿真其耦合过程中参数变化曲线,仿真结果表明,选择模序数为一阶6次,光栅周期550μm定制光纤,可在光谱仪上得到理想的谐振峰曲线并提高测温灵敏度。
Based on thermo-optic effect of liquid crystal and wavelength selection function of LPFG,LC-LPFG used in temperature sensing is presented. As LPFG has the advantages of passive, anti-explosion and available for non-contact measurement, it can be used in emulsion temperature monitoring in the coal mine. Uses four-layer structure model in temperature measurement for the first time and simulates the parameters in the coupling process with Matlab. Conclusions are drawn that, a perfect resonance peak curve can be shown on the spectrogragh by choosing cladding mode 6 and 550 μm period of grating. At the same time, temperature sensitivity can be improved.
