摘要 软管输送机是软管注肩自动化生产线的重要组成部分,其输送速度的快慢和控制精度直接影响后续设备能否正常工作。对软管输送机传动轴模态进行分析,研究其固有频率对步进电机控制的影响。采用Solid Works对软管输送机构的机架和传动轴建立三维模型,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench模块。在Workbench中对传动轴进行网格划分,并对其模态求解,得出其前6阶固有频率和振型。通过分析各阶模态的固有频率和步进电机共振区,确定步进电机的合理转速范围,避开软管输送机传动轴和步进电机的共振区域,有利于延长步进电机的寿命和提高速度控制精度。 Tube conveyor is an important part of the tube shoulder injection automated production line,which delivery speed and control accuracy can directly affect whether the subsequent devices work normally. This study is based on the modal analyze of the drive shaft to prove whether it′ s natural frequency can affect the control of stepper motor. Solid Works is used to create the three dimensional model of the soft tube conveyor. The drive shaft is imported and divided grid in Workbench. Then natural frequencies and vibration modes of preceding six modalities of modal analysis are calculated with Workbench. By analyzing the natural frequencies of the drive shaft and the resonance range of stepper motors, avoiding the resonance region of the drive shaft and stepper motor is benefit to extend the using time and improve the control accuracy of stepper motor.
