大型矿用电铲是大型露天矿开采的主要设备。斗杆是推压机构中的重要件之一。经过生产运行使用,斗杆经常发生焊道裂纹及扭曲变形,齿条齿面磨损超限,齿条与斗杆连接部的焊道也发生开裂。以太原重工WK-10B电铲为例,详细论述了斗杆的现场检查方法及现场检修规程。
Large mining excavator is the main equipment of large opencast mining. The bucket rod is pushed one of the important parts in the mechanism of pressure. After operation, the bucket rod often crack and distort, rack tooth wear limit, the rack part is connected with the bucket rod bead also cracking. Taking Taiyuan heavy WK-10 B excavator as an example, discusses in detail the rules maintenance on-site inspection method of the bucket rod and field.
