摘要
分析讨论了粉煤成型过程,范德华力、氢键、共价键、"桥键"和机械啮合力作用机制。分析认为范德华力和机械啮合力作用位点分散,且强度较弱,受有效黏结区域及数量的限制;氢键和共价键的形成可提高黏结强度;水分、黏性矿物和黏结剂形成的桥键为有效黏结,其结构和特性及形成条件将成为成型机理研究的重要方向。
Progress of briquetting and interaction mechanism of van der Waals force,hydrogen bond,covalent bond,bridge bond and mechanical interlocking has been discussed. In conclusion, the action sites of van der Waals force and mechanical interlocking are dispersive and adhesive strength is poor,which is restricted by the effective adhesive area and its quantity. The formation of hydrogen bond and covalent bond can improve bonding strength. The bridge that formed with water,clay minerals and binder is effective bonding. The boundary layer′ s structure and characteristic, together with formation will be the important direction of mechanism of briquetting succedent research.
