摘要
基于综放采空区空间大,自燃危险区域立体分布的特点,在煤自燃机理研究成果的基础上,首次提出了羟基型高效阻化泡沫技术,并从宏观和微观角度分析考察了阻化泡沫的阻化效果及阻化机理。同时,构建了高效阻化泡沫防灭火系统,并在大佛寺煤矿40106综放工作面运用,有效防治了综放采空区遗煤自然发火,解决了综放大空间采空区自燃隐蔽火源的防治难题。
On the basis of revealing the regularity of spontaneous combustion of coal in fully mechanized caving face goaf, according to the stereoscopic distribution of the spontaneous combustion risk area, the hydroxy-type effective inhibitor foam technology was proposed for the first time. The inhibition effect of the hydroxy-type inhibitor was investigated in the laboratory from both macroscopic and microscopic characterization. And the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf was effectively reduced. Thereby, the conundrum of the prevention of hidden fire source in goaf with large space was successfully resolved.
