摘要
设计了一种新型分级传动螺旋式千斤顶,分别阐述了快速驱动、重载驱动等机构的结构和工作原理,并对快速驱动和重载驱动部分的承载力和速度进行了计算和推导。通过Solid Works集成设计环境对千斤顶各零部件进行了三维模型的构建及整体三维图的装配,并使用Simulation插件对支撑架进行有限元分析和优化,为千斤顶的设计提供了依据。
Discusses the basic principle of a new grading drive screw jacks and structure and working principle of fast driving, overloading drivers agencies. At the same time, fast driving and heavy carrying capacity and speed of drive section were calculated and deduced.The parts of the jack are built and assembled with three-dimensional model in Solid Works integrated design environment. In order to provide a basis for the design of the jack, the Simulation is used for finite element analysis and optimization.
