摘要
为提高塑性强度的测量精度,促进黏土水泥浆的发展,基于塑性强度的测量原理,并针对现有的测量仪器存在的缺陷,研制开发了自动塑性强度测定仪。仪器采用位移传感器进行测量,提高了数据的准确性;实验操作基本实现了自动控制,降低了对操作人员的技术要求。将仪器与手动塑性强度测定仪进行了对比测试,实验结果表明:自动塑性强度测定仪具有较强的实用性;且使用过程中实验误差引起的数据波动小。仪器参数和实验方法为塑性强度测量实验规程的制定提供了参考。
Aimed at the defects of the test equipment being widely used now, the automatic plastic strength testing machine was developed with the purpose of improving the measurement accuracy and promoting the development of clay and cement grout, which was based on the principle of measurement of the plastic strength. The displacement sensor is used for measuring, which improves the measurement accuracy; the main operation can be controlled automatically, which lower the requirement to the operators. The automatic plastic strength testing machine and the manual one were tested with comparison. The results show that the automatic device possesses strong practicability; data fluctuation caused by experimental error is little. The instrument parameter and experimental method provide a reference for the experiment rule which need to be made.
