摘要
首先介绍了滚压破岩钻齿磨损机理,根据磨损机理分析了新型烧结复合钻齿的各种影响因素,最后介绍了新型复合钻齿的实际使用情况。新型复合钻齿结合了合金钻齿基体高强度、高韧性和人造金刚石涂层的高硬度、高耐磨性的优点,提高了钻齿的耐磨性而不降低基体的韧性,使钻齿寿命提高了将近96%,为新型复合钻齿在滚压破岩领域尤其是在硬岩极硬岩上滚压破岩应用提供参考,同时也为竖井掘进机的刀具选择提供参考。
First introduces the rock crushing teeth wear mechanism for cutter. Based on the wear mechanism, then analyze the the various factors affecting the sintered composite carbide teeth, and finally introduced the actual usage of the new composite teeth. The new teeth mixe carbide alloy matrix of high strength, high toughness and coating artificial diamond of high hardness, high wear resistance advantages, improve the wear resistance of teeth without reducing toughness of the matrix, so that the life of the drill teeth increased by nearly 96%. It provides a reference of the new teeth applications in the rock crushing fields, especially in extremely hard rock crushing, while also provides a reference of the cutter choice for shaft boring machine.
