摘要 为了研究不同程度的预氧化对煤二次氧化的影响,采用程序升温试验装置先对2组煤样分别进行不同程度的预氧化,再与未做任何处理的原煤样共同程序升温至170℃。结果表明:预氧化温度越高,煤样生成C2H4和C3H6所需温度越低;通过对低温氧化阶段煤分子活化能的计算,得出预氧化170℃的煤样自燃倾向性最强;预氧化75℃的煤样,最大放热强度和耗氧速率大幅度提高,且超过预氧化170℃的煤样及原煤样。 In order to study the different levels of secondary oxidation of coal oxidation, the effect of using temperature programmed test units to two groups of coal samples respectively in different levels of preoxidation, again and do not make any processing raw coal sample program temperature to 170 ℃. The results showed that the preoxidation temperature is higher, the coal sample generated C2H4 and C3H6,the lower the temperature required; Through to the coal low temperature oxidation phase molecular activation energy calculation, draw preoxidation strongest sample 170 ℃ of coal self-ignition orientation;Preoxidation 75 ℃ of coal samples, the maximum heat strength and oxygen consumption rate increased significantly, and more than 170 ℃ pre oxidation of coal sample and the raw coal sample.
