摘要 汾西矿业有限公司新阳煤矿的高浓度胶结充填材料主要由煤矸石、粉煤灰、水泥和水4部分组成。针对高浓度胶结充填材料配比的优化,为了减少试验次数,提高实验的精确程度,对实验数据采用正交试验法进行处理。结果表明:当粉煤灰∶水泥∶煤矸石为2∶1∶4.8,料浆浓度为78%时,高浓度充填料浆坍落度为252 mm,泌水率为4.9%,充填体28 d强度为4.21 MPa,可以满足煤矿充填开采要求。 High concentration stowing materials in Xinyang coal mine of Fenxi Mining Co., Ltd., are mainly composed of four parts:coal gangue, fly ash, cement and water. For the optimization of ratio of high concentration cementation stowing materials, in order to reduce the testing time, improve the accuracy of experiment, using orthogonal experiment method for processing the experimental data. The tests were carried out when the proper weight ratio of fly ash,common cement, gangue was 2 ∶1∶4.8,the stowing material concentration was 78%, slump of the high concentration stowing materials was 252 mm,exudation rate was 4.9%,after 28 days compressive strength was 4. 21 MPa, performance indicators of filling body can meet the requirements of coal mine of filling mining.
