大断面沿空留巷充填体稳定性及留巷支护技术

摘要 以斜沟煤矿18503大采高综采工作面地质及生产技术条件为依据,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测,分析了大断面沿空留巷充填体的稳定性规律及留设巷道支护技术。研究表明,大断面留巷充填体的稳定性受上覆坚硬顶板破断失稳规律的影响,而且动载作用明显,采用强度-应力双曲线关系可分析判断充填材料及充填体参数确定的合理性。现场应用对充填体及留设巷道进行了加强支护技术,实测表明取得了良好的留巷效果。 Based on geological conditions and production technology of 18503 large mining height fully-mechanized face in Xiegou coal mine, through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement, analyzes stability the role of body for gob-side entry retaining and roadway retained supporting control technology in large section roadway. The results show that the stability of body is affected by the rules of breaking and instability of overlying hard roof, meanwhile effect of dynamic load is obvious, using the strength-stress hyperbola function can analyze and judge the rationality of fill material and determination of body parameters. Field application strengths supporting technology on body for gob-side entry retaining and roadway retained supporting, actual measurement shows to achieving good effect on retained roadway.
