摘要
利用HYSYS软件,对甲烷含量30%~35%的高浓度含氧煤层气直接液化工艺流程进行模拟,并比较级联式制冷、氮气膨胀制冷、多级混合冷剂制冷3种工艺条件下LNG单位产品液化能耗,结果表明级联式制冷能耗最低为0.898 k Wh/Nm3。对甲烷浓度在30%~35%的含氧煤层气,其实际单位产品液化能耗大于1.5 k Wh/Nm3,与目前已有的装置运行参数吻合。
Simulate the liquefied process by HYSYS,and found that in the cascade refrigeration the consumption is 0.898 k Wh/Nm3,and it is the lowest in cascade,nitrogen expansion and MRC refrigeration. To the oxygen-coalbed gas with methane concentration between 30%~35%,the actual liquefied consumption per unit product LNG is higher than 1.5 k Wh/Nm3. It is match with currently available devices operating parameters.
