摘要
为了提取煤矸石中Fe2O3等有益矿产,进而解决我国Fe2O3等资源的不足问题。基于单因素条件实验,探讨了盐酸浓度、浸取温度、浸取时间、盐酸用量等因素对煤矸石中Fe2O3溶出的影响规律。在此基础上采用三因素、三水平正交实验,确定了提高Fe2O3溶出率的优化试验条件和参数。实验结果显示:在浸取温度110℃、HCl浓度12 mol/L、浸取时间150 min的条件下,得到Fe2O3的溶出率为65.67%。
In order to extract Fe2O3 in coal gangue and other beneficial minerals, and then solve the problem of the shortage of Fe2O3 in China. Based on the single factor experiment, discusses the influence of the concentration of hydrochloric acid, temperature, leaching time and the amount of hydrochloric acid on the Fe2O3 leaching from coal gangue. On the basis of the above, three factors and three level orthogonal experiment were used to determine the optimized conditions and parameters of Fe2O3 leaching rate. The experimental results showed that the leaching rate of Fe2O3 was 65.67% when the temperature was 110 ℃, the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 12 mol/L and the extraction time was 150 min.
