摘要
设计了一种应用在矿井的新型高精度瓦斯浓度监控系统,主要包括上位机和下位机,下位机基于C8051F410单片机和18位高精度数模转换芯片FS511,可以达到16位的稳定分辨率。下位机通过CAN总线通信将转换完成的数据传送给上位机。上位机以C++Builder为开发环境可进行数据的采集、处理、报警与存储程序的设计。该系统具有高精度、低功耗、实时性强、数据处理量大和数据安全可靠。
Designs a new and high- precision gas concentration monitoring system in mine. Based on C8051F410 and high precision analog-to-digital conversion chip FS511, the system can achieve a steady sampling resolution of 16 bits. The complete data are transmitted to PC through CAN bus. The software on PC is based on C++ Builder development environment to complete data acquisition, pro-cessing, alarm, and save. This system processes the characteristics of high precision, low power con-sumption, strong real-time performance and lager capacity of data processing, it can ensure security and reliability.
