摘要
为了分析和研究快速掘进支锚平台行走机构—行走液压缸的行走特性,介绍了行走机构液压系统工作原理,建立了其AMESim仿真模型并进行了分析。结果表明:行走液压缸的活塞杆在伸出和缩回时的速度稳定,速度冲击较小,行走机构的行走效率较高。对于行走液压缸的压力脉动特性,2个行走液压缸的活塞杆伸出瞬间,其无杆腔压力脉动明显;活塞杆缩回时,压力脉动较小。
In order to analyse and study on the walking characteristic of walking hydraulic cylinder, which is a part of rapid excavating anchor platform walking mechanism ,introduced the working principle of the walking mechanism hydraulic system, then its AMESim simulation model was established and analyzed. The simulation results showed that when the walking hydraulic cylinder rod extended out and retracted, the speed of rod was stable, which impact was small, so the walking efficiency of walking mechanism was higher. For the pressure pulsation character of the walking hydraulic cylinder, at the moment of the two hydraulic cylinder rod extended, its rodless cavity pressure pulsation was obvious;When the rod was back, pressure pulsation was small.
