摘要
采用模化方法建立实验理论并依此搭建实验平台,采用示踪剂方法,用相机记录在不同流量~不同腔内浓度下流场分布情况,依此实验结果归纳总结出流体运移规律和最大影响范围的数值,并将得出的流体运移最大影响范围的数值依据相似比换算成实际工程中的数值,为现场提高建槽期效率提供参考建议。
Uses model method to establish experiment theory and to construct experiment table, the photos about distribution of flow field were recorded by the camera, when using tracer method apply to the conditions of different fluxes and concentration. According to experimental results, the law of fluid migration and the biggest influence scope of fluid migration are concluded. These numerical magnitudes that the biggest influence scope of fluid migration are converted to the numerical magnitudes of the actual engineering on the basis of similitude ratio, which afford the referential advices to improve the efficiency of building groove in the actual engineering.
