摘要
通过Fluent软件对大口径钻井环空泥浆、岩屑两相流动特性进行模拟研究,结果显示环空内液固两相流动特征在径向上呈对称分布,岩屑的体积分数在轴向上有增减变化,与环空压降和泥浆流速正相关。
In the present investigation, the two phase flow characteristics of large diameter borehole annulus slurry-cuttings were simulated by Fluent software, the results showed that annulus fluid-solid two phase flow characteristics has a symmetrical distribution in the radial direction; the debris volume fraction will change(increase and decrease) in the axial direction, which is positively correlated with annulus pressure drop and the rate of mud flow.
