大采高综采工作面煤壁片帮机理及防治技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过现场实测分析总结了片帮的主要特征,经过分析,得出了影响工作面煤壁片帮的2个主要因素是采高和支架工作阻力,并且模拟了在工作面采高和支架工作阻力下煤壁的片帮情况。最终,提出了防治工作面煤壁片帮的2种措施:高分子化学材料加固和补打木锚杆加固。 By the field measurement method,summarizes main features of the large mining height fully mechanized mining face in detail. And after theoretical analysis, it is concluded that the two main influence factors of the working face coal wall rib fall are mining height and support working resistance.At the same time, under the working face mining height and the working face support working resistance's situation, the rib fall will be simulated by numerical simulation software. In the end, the polymer chemical material reinforcement and reinforcement of reinforcing bar will be proposed in order to prevent coal wall rib falling and maintenance the stability of the working face coal wall.
