摘要
杆体强度低、承载力不匹配和托板失效是制约玻璃钢锚杆应用主要因素。新型高强度玻璃钢锚杆及构件承载特性测试结果表明,杆体承载力和延伸率高,整体强度低,螺纹段承载力为杆体的57%,配套托板为杆体的22.3%,为此,优化配套构件,提出支护方案并井下试验。
The low strength of the rod body,mismatch bearing capacity and failure plate are the main factors to restrict the application.Test results of high strength FRP bolt behavior show that the rod body bearing capacity and elongation are high,but the integral strength is low which the bearing capacity of threaded section is for 57% of the rod body and the matching plate is for 22.3%. On this basis, the relevant components were optimized,the support scheme were proposed and tested in mine underground.
