摘要
为解决土城煤矿瓦斯底抽巷穿层抽采钻孔封孔质量差、抽采负压小、抽采浓度差的问题,采用了聚氨酯、水泥浆及高水材料3种封孔材料进行"两堵一注"封孔优化试验,通过试验发现:使用高水材料封孔抽采负压及钻孔瓦斯浓度基本不变;水泥浆液封孔抽采负压下降幅度20.1%,钻孔瓦斯浓度下降幅度40.3%,漏气相对较大;聚氨酯封孔抽采负压下降幅度55%,钻孔瓦斯浓度下降幅度68%,漏气严重;高水材料水料比在8∶1时,封孔效果最好,成本最小。
To solve the Tucheng mine gas drainage roadway bottom wear layer borehole poor sealing quality, small vacuum extraction, poor drainage problem of low concentration, using a polyurethane,water, mud and high water three materials sealing material 'two blocking a note ' sealing optimization test, found by experiment: the use of high water drainage vacuum sealing materials and drilling of gas concentration will remain basically unchanged; cement slurry sealing drainage negative pressure decrease of 20.1%, gas drilling concentration decrease of 40.3%, a relatively large leak; polyurethane sealing vacuum extraction decline 55% decline in drilling gas concentration of 68%, a serious leak;high water material ratio of water to 8∶1, sealing the best, lowest cost.
