摘要 液压支架大流量安全阀动态性能是衡量液压支架性能优劣的重要指标。在满足了安全阀动态性能试验要求的基础上,介绍了以爆炸装置为安全阀动态性能测试的试验装置,并结合有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对试验装置整体结构合理性进行了数字化仿真分析,为大流量安全阀使用此类试验装置提供设计和优化依据。 Hydraulic support with large flow safety valve dynamic performance is a important basis to measure the performance of hydraulic support. To meet the requirements of dynamic test based on static performance of the safety valve,introduces the explosive device as the work principle of test system,combined with finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. And analyses digital simulation of the test device, providing the guarantee for the optimization of large flow safety valve static and dynamic testing system.
