研究了小波分析在机械故障诊断方面的应用,通过对截割滚筒部位振动信号的研究表明,对此类信号的小波分析提取基础上的机械故障诊断,是一种有效的分析手段。将小波分析后的数据转换到频域,在频域里进行倒谱运算。数据处理结果证明:倒谱处理使得特征频率处的特征值更加明显。对破损轴承进行上述处理和分析,证明了小波分析和倒谱结合进行故障诊断的有效性。

Researched the application of wavelets in mechanical problem analyze. The vibrating signal from the cutting roller indicates that, wavelets works efficiently mechanical problem diagnostics and become basic analysis of diagnostics. The data processing prove that, cepstrum procedure makes the characteristic frequency more obvious. Analyze on the damaged bearings demonstrates that the wavelets and cepstrum can be used coordinately in the failure diagnostics.
