摘要
为了获得效率高、质量好的除锈方法,采用高压水射流前混合磨料射流设备对钢板样件进行表面除锈试验,对试验各项参数(压力、磨料浓度、靶距、移动速度)进行研究分析。结果表明,所采用的前混合磨料射流在压力20 MPa、磨料浓度25%、靶距70 mm、移动速度约500 mm/min时,除锈效率最高,同比其他除锈方法,前混合磨料射流对钢板表面处理具有除锈效率高、质量好、比能耗低及操作灵活、对环境污染小等特点。
Objective to obtain high efficiency, the better quality of rust methods, using the premixed abrasive jet equipment of high-pressure water jet to take the rust test of steel model surface. Analyzing the test parameters(pressure, abrasive concentration, target distance, speed) Results when used in premixed abrasive water jet pressure of 20 MPa, 25% of abrasive concentration, the target distance of70 mm, the moving speed of about 500 mm/min, Having the high rust efficiency conclusion comparing with other rust methods. The premixed abrasive jet to the steel surface rust treatment with high efficiency, good quality, low energy consumption and flexible operation, environmental pollution and so on.
