摘要
分析了振动逆流干法选煤技术受物料参数的制约性,应用振动逆流干法选煤试验系统进行了不同外在水分、粒级和煤种的入料煤样的分选试验。结果表明:6%的入料外在水分是分选效果的临界值;窄粒级入料有利于取得更好的分选效果;3种不同地域煤样的分选效果接近,E值为1.5~1.6。
Analyzed limitations of dry separating technology for coal on the vibrating adverse-flow fluidized bed by material parameters. Separation experiments for coal with different external moisture,particle size and coal type have been done on the experimental research system. Results show that 6%external moisture is a threshold of separation efficiency, better separation efficiency will be get with narrow-grate-feeding, separation efficiency of three different type coals is nearly, E is 1.5~1.6.
