火烧区完整烧变岩断面的帷幕注浆技术 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究张家峁煤矿火烧区从直接露头到实煤体边界处完整烧变岩断面上的帷幕注浆技术,分析了4^(-2)煤烧变岩水文地质特征,论述了帷幕工程的必要性和帷幕工程设计,总结研究了帷幕工程在不同区段的注浆方法。研究认为,火烧区完整烧变岩断面上帷幕注浆应采用分区注浆技术,烧变岩与实煤体边界处可采用水泥-粉煤灰混合浆,烧变岩露头处采用水泥-水玻璃双液浆,中间正常地段采用水泥单液浆。 In order to study the curtain grouting technology from the direct outcrop to the boundary of solid coal body in Zhangjiamao coal mine,the hydrogeological characteristics of 4-2 coal burnt rock are analyzed,and the necessity of curtain engineering and the design of curtain engineering are discussed.The grouting methods in different sections of curtain engineering construction are summarized.It is considered that the curtain grouting technology should be used in the section of the whole burnt rock,the mixture of cement and fly ash can be used at the boundary between the burnt rock and the solid coal body,and the cement water glass double liquid slurry should be used at the outcrop of the burnt rock.The middle normal section uses cement single liquid slurry.
