摘要
结合现场实际情况,运用Fluent软件进行数值模拟研究的方法,研究采空区埋管抽放的引流装置,解决上隅角瓦斯积聚过快导致瓦斯浓度超限问题。结果表明,在埋管抽放的基础上加入引流装置能够减小上隅角涡旋状态气流,使上隅角瓦斯随风流进入回风巷,进而降低上隅角瓦斯浓度。通过对上隅角瓦斯浓度的监测,设计出埋管长度4 m,埋管管径准0.239 m,引流装置长度0.5 m,开口角度60°的引流装置,并配套使用抽放泵,抽放负压控制为21~27 kPa,上隅角瓦斯浓度降低近20%。
Combined with the actual situation in the field,using Fluent software is carried out to study the drainage device of burying pipe in goaf to solve the problem of over-limit of gas concentration caused by excessive accumulation of gas in the upper corner.The results show that adding the drainage device on the basis of the buried pipe drainage can reduce the vortex flow in the upper corner and make the upper corner gas flow into the return air passage with the wind flow and then reduce the gas concentration in the upper corner.Through the upper corner gas concentration monitoring,the design of a drainage pipe length of 4 m,pipe diameter of 0.239 m,drainage device length of 0.5 m,opening angle of 60°drainage device,and supporting the use of drainage pump,pumping negative pressure control is 21 kPa to 27 kPa,the upper corner gas concentration reduce by nearly 20%.
