五轮山煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔工艺优化研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了解决五轮山煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度低、纯量小和有效抽采寿命短等技术难题,提出"两堵一注"带压封孔和定点封孔技术。通过试验研究表明:采用"两堵一注"带压封孔方式后,单孔抽采瓦斯浓度较普通封孔提高30%;定点封孔单孔瓦斯抽采浓度提升2.6倍,瓦斯抽采纯量提升5倍。2种技术均能有效解决五轮山煤矿瓦斯治理难题。 In order to solve the technical problems of gas drainage borehole in Wulunshan coal mine,such as low gas concentration,small gas purity,short effective extraction life,etc.The technology of'two sealing and one grouting'with pressure sealing and fixed-point sealing borehole were proposed.Through experimental research shows that'two sealing and one grouting'pressure sealing technology can increase the concentration of single-hole gas extraction by 30%compared with ordinary hole sealing,the concentration of gas extraction by a single hole in fixed-point sealing was increased by 2.6 times,the purity of gas extraction is increased by 5 times.Both methods can effectively solve the problem of gas control in Wulunshan coal mine.
