摘要
运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对不耦合系数1.70下聚能结构的爆破过程进行数值模拟,并分析了炮孔壁及周边围岩的应力状态。通过分析得出了装药半径与两侧空孔半径比值的合理数值;聚能结构改变了炸药的能量分布,随着半径比值的增大,聚能方向炮孔壁上所受压力逐渐降低且半径比为3时,显示了良好的聚能效果跟裂隙扩展能力。
The ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to numerically simulate the blasting process of the energy structure with decoupling index of 1.70,and the stress state of rock surrounding the borethole and the surrounding rock was analyzed.The reasonable value of the ratio of the radius of the charge to the radius of the pores on both sides was obtained through analys;the shaped structure changed the energy distribution of the explosive and with the increase of the ratio of radius it displays that the pressure on the wall of the hole in the direction of the accumulation gradually decreases.When the ratio of the radius is 3,it shows a good effect of energy accumulation and crack expansion.
