摘要
为研究放顶煤开采过程中煤矸颗粒冲击液压支架掩护梁时的动态响应,基于应力波理论建立了撞击速度、撞击深度等响应参数的数学模型。在此基础上,运用Workbench对不同冲击碰撞工况下煤矸颗粒冲击掩护梁进行有限元动力学分析,分别研究了冲击物形状、冲击速度以及冲击物材料对碰撞过程的影响,通过对比分析,揭示了煤矸颗粒的碰撞响应特性。研究结果将为落煤/矸碰撞特性的研究及基于碰撞响应进行煤矸界面识别技术的实现提供理论参考。
In order to study the dynamic response of coal gangue particles impacting on the shield beam of hydraulic support in caving mining,a mathematical model of response parameters such as impact velocity and impact depth was established based on stress wave theory.On this basis,the dynamics simulation of coal gangue particles impacting shield beam under different impact conditions were performed by Workbench,and studied the effect of impact shape,impact velocity and impact material on the impact process respectively.Through contrastive analysis,the impact response of coal gangue particles were revealed.The research results will provide a theoretical reference for the study of the characteristics of coal/gangue dropping and the realization of coal-rock interface recognition technology based on impact response.
