摘要
建立了带式输送机永磁悬浮系统三维简化模型,基于FEM方法对不同永磁体厚度和不同气隙条件下的悬浮力进行有限元解析。提出将悬浮系统等效为磁力弹簧,二次拟合得到磁力弹簧动态载荷表达式并验证了方法的可靠性。给出了磁力弹簧动态刚度工作曲线,为永磁悬浮带式输送机结构设计及参数选择提供了参考。
A three-dimensional simplified model of permanent magnet suspension system for belt conveyor was established.Based on the FEM method,the levitation force of different permanent magnet thickness and different air gap conditions was analyzed by finite element method.The suspension system was equivalent to the magnetic spring,and the two time fitting was used to obtain the dynamic load expression of the magnetic spring and the reliability of the method was verified.The dynamic stiffness curve of the magnetic spring was given,which provides a reference for the structure design and parameter selection of the permanent magnetic suspension belt conveyor.
