摘要 在煤矿开采背景下,针对现有提升机状态监控系统测试功能单一和不易扩展的问题,为实现对提升机的速度和加速度、液压站的油压和油温、电动机、减速器的轴承温度、齿轮的振动情况等相关参数的监控,设计了提升机状态监控系统。该系统实现了与数据采集系统正常通信、提升机设备状态实时显示、历史数据显示、图形处理、数据存储和输出等基本功能。经实际测试验证,该软件系统具有通信可靠、灵活性高、方便使用和易于维护扩展等特点。 Under the background of coal mining,aiming at the problems of single testing function and difficult expansion of existing hoist condition monitoring system,in order to monitor the speed and acceleration of hoist,the oil pressure and temperature of hydraulic station,the bearing temperature of motor and reducer,the vibration of gear and other related parameters,the hoist condition monitoring system is designed.The system realizes the basic functions of communication with data acquisition system,real-time display of equipment status,historical data display,graphics processing,data storage and output,etc.The actual test results show that the software system has the characteristics of reliable communication,high flexibility,easy to use,easy to maintain and expand,etc.
