为了缓减长平公司副斜井和副立井的下料压力,设计了在釜山工业园附近由地面向井下施工砂石管道井。同时,在地面安设装料装置,在井下安设卸料装置,形成以砂石管道井为主的一套独立下料系统。砂石管道井净直径准300 mm,地面由铲车配合带式输送机装料,井下由铲车配合胶轮车进行运料。砂石管道井系统投运后,解决了制约矿井下料的难题,特别是解决了喷浆和铺底材料的供应问题。

In order to reduce the batching pressure of the auxiliary inclined shaft and auxiliary vertical shaft of Changping company,it is designed to construct a sandstone pipe shaft from the ground to the mine near the Busan industrial park.Meanwhile,a loading device is installed on the ground,and a discharging device is installed in the mine to form an independent batching system with the sandstone pipe shaft as its main part.The net diameter of the sandstone pipe shaft isΨ300 mm,the materials are loaded by forklifts and belts on the ground,and transported by forklifts and rubber wheel vehicle in the mine.After the sandstone pipe shaft was put into operation,it solved the problem of batching in the mine,especially the problem of supplying grouting and paving materials.
