摘要
对我国现阶段长距离掘进工作面局部通风系统中应用广泛的风库接力通风方法进行总结分析,并提出在长距离掘进面利用风库进行局部通风时,围绕矩形、等腰直角及半圆形3种不同形状的风库布置形式开展模拟试验研究。以某矿工程现状为数据参考,运用Fluent软件辅助模拟的方法,对比不同形状风库中的风速大小、风流流动方向及路线情况,得出风库通风效率最佳、接力通风过程中风流损耗最小的合理风库布置形式,为满足长距离矿井掘进面局部通风需要提供了技术保障。
A summary analysis of the widely used wind library relay ventilation methods in the local ventilation system of long-distance drivage face in China.And it is proposed that when using the wind library for local ventilation in the long distance drivage face,the simulation tests are carried out around the 3 different shapes of wind library layout including the rectangle,the isosceles right angle and the semicircle.Taking a mine project as a data reference,using the Fluent simulation method to compare the wind speed,flow direction and route in different shapes of wind library,the reasonable layout of the wind library is obtained,which has the best ventilation efficiency and the least air loss in the process of relay ventilation,it provides technical support for local ventilation of long-distance drivage face.
