煤与瓦斯突出鉴定是一项复杂的工作,为了加强和规范煤层突出危险性鉴定工作,国家出台了一系列规定和要求。结合突出鉴定工作中遇到的各种问题,就鉴定指标的选择,邻近矿井鉴定为突出的情况,不具备鉴定条件的情况,测点与鉴定范围的关系以及地质构造区域布点等诸多问题进行了研究和探讨,并对相关规定提出了建议,为今后的突出煤层鉴定工作和国家规定的修订完善提供参考和借鉴。

Identification of coal and gas outburst was a complicated work.In order to strengthen and standardize the identification of coal seam outburst risk,the state had issued a series of regulations and requirements.Combined with outstanding all sorts of problems encountered in the appraisal work,appraisal index selection,nearby mine identified as outstanding condition,did not have identification condition,the relationship with the identification range of measuring point and the situation of stationing many problems such as regional geological structure are studied and discussed,and put forward suggestion to the related regulations,coal seams of the appraisal work for the future and the provisions of the state of revising perfect provided reference.
