水力冲孔技术在煤层中的卸压增透作用试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 以突出严重的平煤十二矿己15-17220工作面为试验区,将水力冲孔技术应用于此煤层,同时为了防止水力冲孔施工过程中的喷孔现场,采用隔断掩护递进式的施工方案。试验结果表明:在己15-17220工作面进行水力冲孔后,不仅残存瓦斯量和瓦斯压力、工作面瓦斯涌出量等校检指标未出现超标情况,而且卸压增透作用明显,瓦斯抽采纯量和抽采浓度大幅度提升,水力冲孔技术起到了较好的综合防突和增透作用。 Utilizing No.12 coal mine of Pingdingshan VI15-17220 working face as test site,and applying hydraulic flushing technology in this coal seam.At the same time,in order to prevent plunger stroke of the construction hydraulic flushing,use the partition shield progressive method to drainage.The test shows that after hydraulic flushing in VI15-17220 working face,not only remaining of the gas content,gas pressure and gas gush quantity in working face had not appear out of limits,but also got satisfactory pressure-relief permeability improvement.The amount of gas extraction and extraction concentration have greatly increased,the measure has a potential effect to prevent and control gas outbursts and permeability improvement while mining the coal.
