打通一矿通风系统隐患排查与智能监控研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前,我国大部分煤炭企业矿井通风系统隐患检查及识别方法比较繁琐、滞后,通风变化参数及通风隐患不能实时监控和分析,严重影响着矿井安全生产的发展。通过现场通风阻力测定和安全检测表的方法,对矿井通风隐患细致排查,并在此基础上建立通风系统数据库,完成通风系统初始数字化,根据关键部位通风参数传感器实时采集的数据和通风隐患判别模型,结合通风网络解算方法,对通风系统安全隐患实时监控及分析预警。 At present,the inspection and identification methods of hidden dangers of mine ventilation system in most coal enterprises are complicated and lagging behind.The ventilation parameters and hidden dangers can not be monitored and analyzed in real time,which seriously affects the development of mine safety production.The method of ventilation resistance measurement and safety test table is used to check the hidden dangers of mine ventilation,and on the basis of which a ventilation system database is established to complete the initial digitization of the ventilation system.Combining with the real-time data collected by the ventilation parameters,and with the help of ventilation network calculation method,real-time monitoring and early warning of ventilation system safety hidden danger is carried out.
