摘要 随着煤炭开采逐渐向深部发展,综采工作面地质条件极为复杂,回采中经常遇到断层、陷落柱等地质构造,严重影响回采效率。长平公司采用深孔松动爆破技术,配套新型液压钻机,建立工程质量动态管控数据库,从爆破理念、工具及工程质量管控三方面创新,实现了综采工作面过构造期间的快速回采。 With the development of coal mining′s depth,geological conditions are very complicated in fully-mechanized face,it has always encountered the faults,collapse columns and other geological structures,thus seriously affecting the recovery efficiency.For the above problems,changping company introduced deep-hole Blasting technique,hydraulic drill and building the dynamic control database of project quality,innovating from the three aspects of blasting concept,tools and engineering quality control,finally realize the fast extraction of fully mechanized coal face during the period of passing through structure.
