陷落柱影响区巷道快速掘进技术的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对阳煤集团新景公司8~#煤北六正副巷掘进过程中同时揭露陷落柱的实际情况,研究了陷落柱影响区回采巷道的快速掘进技术,确定了采用7655风钻钻孔→爆破→综掘机+刮板输送机+带式输送机联合出矸的快速掘进工艺;运用组合支护理论,确定了陷落柱区域采用锚+网+U29可伸缩性拱棚的组合支护方式。研究成果实现了陷落柱影响区巷道的快速掘进,保证了采掘正常接替,对相似地质条件下的巷道快速掘进具有很好地借鉴意义。 According to the Yangquan coal indusry(group)Co.,Ltd.,8~#coal north six and excavation,and revealed the actual situation of collapse column,studied the collapse column effects of rapid excavation technology zone of roadway,determined the 7655 drill drilling,blasting,digging machine+scraper conveyor belt conveying machine+joint fast tunneling technique of gangue;combination of supporting theory,uses the anchor+network+U29 subsided column region scalability arch shed combined support method is determined.Results the collapse column effect rapid excavation roadway,ensure the normal replacement of mining and driving,and has very good reference for the rapid excavation roadway under the similar geological condition.
