摘要
指标气体作为预测预报煤炭自然发火的主要手段得到广泛应用,而其关键问题在于指标气体对煤自燃预测的灵敏度与准确度。总结前人研究成果,根据指标气体选取原则,在此基础上进行不同煤种煤样实验研究。采用程序升温-气相色谱试验,分析煤自燃氧化过程气体产物与温度之间的关系,选取各煤种适宜的指标气体,并以温度为参考对各气体预测指标进行灰色关联度分析,从中筛选出关联度最高的前3种气体预测指标作为主要预测指标与辅助指标,从而提高煤炭指标气体预测预报指标的可信度。
In recent years,the index gas has been widely used to predict the spontaneous combustion of coal,and the key problem is the sensitivity and accuracy of the index gas.By summerizing the research achievement of predecessor,based on the selecting rules of mark gases,to study the different type of goal and coal samples and to analyze the relationship between the product and temperature in the process of coal′s self-ignite oxidation,and to select the suitable indication gases for different coal samples through programmed heating-GC experiment.And to select the optimum indication gases and auxiliary gases by using GRA between indication gases and temperature through matlab software,which improves the reliability of gas prediction indexes.
