加快立井普通法施工速度的途径

摘要 随着煤炭工业的发展,我国煤矿立井凿井技术和施工装备水平有了很大提高。然而,凿井速度仍然较低,这固然与新建矿井井筒深、断面大、施工难度大等因素有关,但也确实存在着一系列问题,影响凿井速度的提高。应当说,提高普通法凿井速度的潜力是很大的。为了从技术上总结经验,探讨提高速度的途径,开展不同意见的讨论,促进普通凿井法技术的发展,本刊从这期起,开辟“加快立井普通法施工速度”的专题报道,就注浆打干井、提高钻爆效果、发挥机械化配套的综合能力、改进施工工艺和施工组织等方面的问题,欢迎广大读者参加讨论。 The status of shaft sinking in China is introduced. Recommendation is given to sinking and lining parallel operations in same direction and mixed operations. Doubt is raised, to bolting-shotcreting as temporary lining in vertical shaft,Analysis of advantages and disadvantages are given to shaft jumbo and hand-held drills. Cleaning rate is influenced, by the unmatchable capacity of cactus grab and hoisting. Opinion is put forward to resulting standards of pregrouting. Finally the author points out that selection of shaft sinking technology and equipment must be realistic in order to achieve technical advancement, reasonable economy, safety and reliability.
