摘要
介绍了氧-乙炔焰粉末喷熔、喷涂的原理及两种操作工艺,指出这种技术在煤炭系统推广的意义。
Oxygenacetylene flame spray-melting method utilizes oxygen and acetylene as heat source.Spray welding flame is applied to spray and melt the meltable alloy powder on the surface of material forming a layer of coating with metallurgical integration in welding-on condition.Then the treated components have new specifications,such as wear-resistance,anticorrosion,heat isolation etc.
Oxygen-acetylene spray-coating method is also called cold spray method.Since heat transfer is low during its application,structural changes and deformation can be avoided and its suitable for protective spray-coating on surface of component and repairing of component.
This kind of spray-melting (coating) technology has been used in repairing easy-to-wear components such as pan,blind shaft,bearing sleeve and 80 type drum shearer.The result is significant in techno-economic field.
