摘要
目前矿山井下采用的“BY”和“70B2”型轴流式通风机,运转时产生强烈的噪声,噪声级均在120分贝（A）左右,严重地污染环境,危害人身健康。为了把通风机的噪声降到有关规定以下,北票风机试验站在有关单位的帮助下,试制了风机的噪声控制装置（图1）。
The Soviet 60 type diffuser of an axial fan currently used in this country caused great dynamic pressure loss because there exists a vortex area within the outlet.However,excessive dynamic pressure loss was avoided for fans with vertical diffusers in the testing station in Beipiao Colliery,which resulted in increase of static pressure efficiency and better noise abatement.It was measured that the noise level was reduced from 119 db(A) to 68 db(A) at the surface measuring point when composite measures were taken.
