Testing of An Electric Motor for Shearer

一、考核试验的必要性考虑煤矿井下的恶劣工作条件,采煤机电机除应按国家标准所规定型式试验测定其一般的电气性能、耐电强度外,尚需对电机进行适应于煤矿使用的特定的考核试验。以往的实践表明,经过型式试验合格的电机,有时经受不住煤矿井下复杂的运行条件的考验而烧坏。因此按一般的电机型式试验方法来检验采煤机电机显然是很不够的,它不能反映出电机耐受过载、频繁起动、堵转等恶劣运行情况的能力。

The testing program and the testing of 150 kW electric motors are described briefly in this paper. The tests are carried out under the most unfavourable simulated underground conditions, with the purpose of understanding the influence of these worst conditions on the motor. Analysis has been made on the tested motor. This will be beneficial to analysis of the causes of motor failures, and will provide a feasible and practical basis for establishing a criterion for testing electric motors for shearers in the future.
