滚筒采煤机内喷雾设计中的几个问题

摘要 内喷雾是将水雾直接喷洒在截齿的周围,实现湿式截割。它具有抑制粉尘、冲淡瓦斯、冷却截齿和扑灭截割时产生的火花等作用,故现代滚筒采煤机都设有内喷雾。我所在DY-150型单滚筒采煤机上首次完整地配置了内喷雾系统,并于1981年8~10月在肥城矿务局国家庄煤矿进行了连续3个月的井下工业性试验。试验工作面条件:工作面长度120米,采高2.2~2.4米,倾角4°~6°,煤质硬度f=2。 This paper discusses mainly the following problems in designing the internal sprays of DY-150 shearer, namely, the selection of the quantity and pressure of the water for internal sprays, the design of spraying system, water feeding mechanism and the layout of the sprays, the selection of the type of sprays, etc. The author holds that the internal sprays should be regarded as a complete system in the design. The optimum water pressure before the outlet of the internal spray should be kept at 15 kgf/cm^2, and water consumption of the internal spray is generally 14-18 li. per ton of coal. Since water seal is easy to be worn out, hollow shaft is adopted, the water feeding mechanism and the seal are installed at the goaf side. One spray is installed for each of the cutting picks on the scroll of the cutting drum.
