一、设计传感器是根据差动变压器原理进行设计的。矿压信息通过传感器接收后转换成电信号加以测定(图1)。在原边输入一交流信号V,由于副边线圈同各端相接。
The design of sensors for CDY-2 model instrument is based on principles of differential transformer i.e. the information of rock pressure is first converted into electrical signals by sensors, and then measured. The tonnage is directly readout. This instrument is intrinsically safe and integrated calculating amplifier is used. The performance, manufacturing, installation and use of the sensors are detailed in this paper.
