摘要
所谓普通胶带输送机,是指其胶带既为承载体又为牵引体,并由托辊承托,在托辊上运行的胶带输送机。由于专用的可弯曲胶带输送机迄今未能推广应用,而转弯运行的问题又很迫切,所以普通胶带输送机的转弯运行便提到议事日程上来。这是因为,采用转弯运行,每转一个弯便可少用1台设备,从而可具有:节省设备、节约费用、降低能耗、降低货载粉碎率、减少事故、减少辅助人员等优点,故无论在技术上和经济上都有很大意义。
In this paper the design principle on turning of belt conveyor has been further investigated applying mechanical rule on turning of ordinary belt conveyor .some conclusion of theoretical analysis on functional relation interfering the radius of turning curve and the geometrical balance relation of turning line segment etc. A complete design procedure is put forward for technical personnel working in mines.
Discussions are only given to the design on turning of belt conveyor installed horizontally or nearly horizontally. Turning of inclined belt conveyor or from horizontal to inclination and vise versa are not discussed in this paper.
In order to carry out the turning of belt conveyor the following two measures are adapted:
1) move the roller toward the moving direction of the belt conveyor forming an angle φ between the axis and the normal of roller;
2) Raise the inner part of the belt conveyor foming an angle γ between the middle roller and the horizontal level line.
The radius of curvature for belt axis is obtained according to force equilibrium that is:
The radius of curvature is checked according to the following two conditions; stress in the turning line segment of belt conveyor should be smaller than working stress and the outer part of the belt should not depart from rollers
